Avacon Netz 13.5.0

Avacon Netz GmbH has launched a new, complimentary service platform aimed at all customers. This app facilitates ease of access for users previously registered on their customer portal, allowing them to log in using their existing credentials (email address and password).

For those who are not yet registered, the app offers a guest access option.

1) Meter Reading Submission
With this app, users can submit their required meter readings either manually or through Optical Character Recognition (OCR). OCR technology utilizes your mobile phone’s camera to capture meter readings in a numerical format. By simply holding the camera over your meter, the reading is scanned and recognized within seconds—there's no need to take a photograph.

The recorded reading can then be sent, and a confirmation email will be dispatched within minutes.

2) My Meter Readings
This section allows you to view all meter readings recorded in our billing system.

3) Consumption History
Your consumption history displays all usage data graphically and in a table format, excluding voluntary readings (interim readings).

4) My Area
In this section you can review your personal data as well as frequently asked questions regarding the app.

5) Messages
If you have opted for online communication, all your messages are available under "Your Inbox." For assistance, you can also reach out to our support team.

6) More (Trouble Reports, Service Connections, etc.)
This section provides an overview of all additional functionalities available:

How to Use:
The Avacon Netz app can be utilized in just three steps:

1. Step 1 = Download the App
   Download the app from the Google Play Store.
2. Step 2 = Registration in the App
   You can create a new customer account via the "Register" link for accessing both our customer portal and the Avacon Netz app. This requires your account number and partner number. Existing customer portal users may proceed directly to Step 3.
3. Step 3 = Login to the App
   Access the app using your credentials. Registered customers can log in with their existing account information.
